Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ScalePaid website at scalepaid.digital and any services you engage us for. ScalePaid ("ScalePaid", "we", "us") is a performance marketing agency and part of the ScaleVisible family of agencies.

By using the site or working with us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

Our services

ScalePaid plans and runs paid advertising across Google, Reddit, and ChatGPT, and builds the offers, landing pages, and funnels that support those campaigns. The exact scope, deliverables, and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal or statement of work.

The content on this site is for general information. It is not a binding offer, a guarantee of any particular outcome, or professional advice.

Engagements and billing

• Month-to-month. Engagements run on a month-to-month basis unless your statement of work says otherwise.
• Flat retainers. We charge flat monthly retainers. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend.
• Ad spend is separate. Media budgets are paid by you directly to the ad platforms and are not included in our retainer.
• Invoices. Fees are due as stated in your statement of work. Late or unpaid invoices may pause active work.

Account and data ownership

You own all of your advertising accounts, creative, and data, always. We work inside accounts you own and control. On request at the end of an engagement, we hand back access and any assets we hold so nothing is locked to us.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information and timely access to the accounts and assets we need.
• Hold the rights to any brand, product, and creative materials you give us to use.
• Make sure your offers, claims, and landing pages comply with applicable laws and platform policies.
• Respond to leads and approvals promptly so campaigns can run as planned.

No guarantee of results

We bring real expertise and a prove-first approach, and we work hard to deliver. Advertising results depend on many factors outside our control, including your product, market, budget, and platform behavior. We do not guarantee specific revenue, lead volume, rankings, AI citation, or other outcomes.

Intellectual property

The ScalePaid name, logo, site design, and written materials are owned by ScalePaid and may not be copied or reused without our written permission. Creative and assets we produce for your campaigns are yours under the terms of your statement of work, once fees for that work are paid.

Third-party platforms

Our work runs on platforms we do not control, including Google, Reddit, and OpenAI. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or decisions made by those platforms.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ScalePaid is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

The site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Termination

Either party may end a month-to-month engagement with the notice stated in the statement of work. We may suspend or end access to our services if these Terms are breached. Fees earned before termination remain payable, and the ownership and confidentiality terms continue to apply afterward.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as our services or the law change. We will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
